Tokyo Olympics pool gold haul for the US; Ledecky ‘terminated’ by Aussie swimmer

The US won a total of 16 gold medals at the Tokyo Olympics, but it’s not all good news for Team USA. Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky were both ‘terminated’ by Australian swimmer Mack Horton in a race, with Horton taking home the gold medal.
